Assessment Process
Accurate assessment of church planting potential is essential considering there is a high rate of failure in this area. We do not merely view the assessment process as a hoop to jump through, but as a very intentional, deliberate, and serious measurement of truly qualifying a church planter. Please understand church planting will test you to the very limit in almost every aspect of your being. Therefore, you do not want to attempt to plant a church unless you have been equipped and specifically called by God to do so.
The LifeHouse Church Network Assessement Process has essentially three aspects:
1. Initial Assessment interview and testing
2. Assessment interviews/relational connecting
3. Church Planters Bootcamp
